LAKEFRONT Built on a 10,000 square-foot lot, the 4 star chalet sits 70 feet from the lake's edge. You have a magnificent view of the lake and mountains from the living-room, dining-room and the large deck. The lake bottom is sandy and on a gentle slope, ideal for swimming. An aquatic trampoline, a row-boat and a pedalo are at your disposal. Located in Ste. Lucie des Laurentides on the edge of Lac Ménard, in the heart of the Laurentians, this Swiss style chalet comfortably accommodates 8 adults and offers relaxed living in a tranquil setting. Ideally situated in the Ste. Agathe and Mont-Tremblant regions, it is close to the best recreational and sports centers in the Laurentians, including restaurants, entertainment, and all the sports activities you can dream of, year-round. This swiss chalet offers a large deck with a sunny southern exposure, four bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (including a whirlpool), a living-room and dining-room with cathedral ceilings separated by a floor-to-ceiling cut-stone chimney. The chimney features a fireplace in the living-room. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all the modern conveniences is adjacent to the dining-room. It also has washer-dryer facilities, a ping-pong table and a foosball game in the basement. The large deck overlooks the lake, has a southern exposure, is equipped with a large gazebo, and is furnished with a dining table and chairs as well as a propane gas BBQ. There is also a sitting area by the edge of the lake with a table and chairs and chaises-longues for sunning. |

*There will be a surcharge of $200 for Spring Break weeks (Feb. 24 to March 11), and of $100 for the weekends of Easter, St-Jean-Baptiste, Labour Day and Thanks Giving. A security deposit of $300 and the Ministry of Tourism tax of $2 per night per chalet are payable cash upon arrival at the cottage. Arrival time from 16h00. Departure is at noon. For weekly stays, arrivals and departures are Fridays or Sundays. During the summer, arrivals and departures are on Fridays. Included: Electricity, heating, snow removal , Cable TV, Wireless internet, local telephone calls, fire wood Excluded: kindling wood and beach towels. |
Activities and attractions on the premises Summer: you can go fishing, swimming, or enjoy a ride in our pedalo and row-boat. You can bring your own windsurfer or canoe. You can also walk to the municipal tennis court, public library, soft-ball diamond and kiddie-park. A bicycle path runs right by the chalet. Winter: You can cross-country ski and snow-shoe on the lake. You can bring your own skidoo and ride onto the main skidoo trail to Sainte-Agathe and St-Donat via the frozen lake. Little ones can enjoy our magic carpets in the gently sloping backyard. Our backyard is also an ideal place to learn snow boarding. You can also clear your personal skating rink on the lake, we supply some hockey sticks and pucks, or use the municipal exterior skating rink a few minutes away. You are 10 minutes from Ste. Agathe, 15 minutes from Mont-Blanc, 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant. These three areas combined offer all imaginable sports and leisure activities within easy driving distance year-round. |
